Description

This UF/IFAS Suwannee County Extension class is a hands on class limited to 12 people. No refunds. Prepare and take home product that has been water-bath canned. Learn from master canner Katherine Allen on differences between when to safely water bath vs. pressure can. While product is cooling, learn from Carolyn Saft, Horticulture Agent and Director, the proper way to grow and harvest food. Includes harvesting gift. All materials will be provided. Wear closed-toe shoes and bring lunch.
