Savor your favorite wines and libations from all over the globe paired with regional fare and sweet treats imagined by our culinary teams. As always, the world’s best artisanal cheese display will be piled high in our new, spacious floor plan. Spend your afternoon enjoying a collection of passed hors d'oeuvres that range from luxurious caviar and indulgent sweets to more playful riffs that will be sure to satisfy the "late night munchies.". Embark on an acoustic journey with live music from Electric Avenue along with other surprise musicians, while enjoying interactive art that will encompass all the senses as you savor every moment of this grand affair. All of this year’s wines have been hand selected from premier product lines by Bern’s Fine Wines & Spirits’ General Manager, Chris Belk. The Laxer Family Foundation is a charitable foundation that provides the opportunity to raise money through events that foster a more inclusive and cooperative youth culture while cultivating the advancement of the next generation of culinary leaders through scholarships. Since 1997, Bern’s Winefest has been the main fundraising event for the Bern Laxer Memorial Scholarship. Through the James Beard Foundation selection process, funds are awarded to individuals from the state of Florida in one of three disciplines: Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or Viticulture. A portion of the proceeds raised through this event will go directly to the Bern Laxer Memorial Scholarship Fund.
