Win and get your invite to the Arnold and Strongman Corp, we will be hosting all current weight classes with 5 test of strength to find the strongest man and woman. Event 1 13' Axle Deadlift for reps - Athlete will start on the line, on go athlete approaches the bar, first rep is automaticlly up, up and down calls will be given for all reps. 60 sec time limit. equipment allowed are1 hard belt + 1 soft belt, chalk, briefs, sleeves, straps. Equipment not allowed are suits or anything tacky/sticky Event 2 Axle clean and press for reps - Athlete will start on the line, on go athlete approaches the bar, Athlete will clean and press every rep with down calls for all reps. 60 sec time limit. Belt cleans are allowed. Equipment allowed are chalk, briefs, sleeves, 1 hard belt + 1 soft belt (no shelf building) strongman corp grip shirt. Equipment not allowed are suits, straps, wraps or anything tacky/sticky Event 3 Max Distance yoke walk - Athlete will start on the line, on go athlete approaches the yoke and goes for max distance without dropping the yoke. Once the whole yoke crosses the start line the yoke can not touch the ground or time will stop. Equipment allowed are chalk, briefs, sleeves, 1 hard belt + 1 soft belt, strongman corp grip shirt. Equipment not allowed are suits, straps, or anything tacky/sticky Event 4 Lever Deadlift (5 lifts for time) - Athlete will start on the line, on go athlete approaches the bar, down calls will be given for all reps. 60 sec time limit. equipment allowed are1 hard belt + 1 soft belt, chalk, briefs, sleeves, straps. Equipment not allowed are suits or anything tacky/sticky Event 5 Hercles Hold for time Athlete will start with both grips in hand and pillars supported by staff. On go the staff will let go and time will start time ends when the first hand lets go of either handle. Equipment allowed are chalk, briefs, sleeves, 1 hard belt + 1 soft belt, strongman corp grip shirt.
