Inspiration of Elizabeth Hartey Library: The circumstances of the students at Pope Francis School and Health Centre in Ghana West Adria led to serious delays in their academic development. Not a single student could read or speak the English language. Therefore, a primary focus of the organization is literacy. Through great love and contributions of friends and family, the Dr. Elizabeth Hartey library was opened at the PFSHC campus in 2022. The library was inspired by Elizabeth’s great passion for writing and the ARTS and is the corner stone of our literacy program. The theme of the library is E.H. Dreamer and is intentioned to help the student in, developing their unique gifts through the ARTS. A primary goal of the project focusing on developing the youth's talents and personalities. We aim to expand the E.H. library activities to include cultural ARTS program, including a musical group, a choir, theatrical plays, and a dance team.
