NWIR Cleveland wants to make 2023 your best year yet! So we are thrilled to announce our quarterly wellness initiative: 2023 & ME! The goal is once a quarter we’ll have an event tailored around making us our best selves personally and professionally. Q1’s topic will be Mental Health Awareness- discussing how it impacts our overall well being, how to manage stress and how to help break the stigma surrounding mental illness. This lunch and learn style session is sponsored by Forest Historical Roofing and will take place at their location in Broadview Heights on Tuesday 3/21 from 11:30am - 1pm. As a council, we encourage suggestions on topics you would like to see throughout the remainder of the year - so please, email your ideas! ** We understand coming to an event by yourself can be a little intimidating.
