DescriptionIn this one hour, lunch-time class, our instructors will introduce you to three of the classic dishes of Roman cuisine: a fried, herbed, layered zucchini dish that is best made the day ahead; a pasta with sausage, two cheeses, and red wine; and a ricotta and cherry jam delight that will provide the perfect finish to a delicious meal.
For ages 18 & up. Alcoholic beverages will not be served in this class.
