Join us for this one day Enneagram workshop! This class is for you if you know nothing about the Enneagram, already know your number, or even if you have some Enneagram knowledge already! Doors open at 11:30. Workshop is from 12:00pm to 5pm. Coffee, tea & lunch will be served. Workshop will include: An overview of the Enneagram and how it works. A detailed breakdown of each number. What stress, health, and wing numbers are. What subtypes are. Q&A time. You will also receive a packet of handouts. The Enneagram is a tool that can help us not only understand our actions, but help us see our strengths and where we can grow. It can teach us to become more aware when we are acting out of stress and teach us how to step out of the personality box we put ourselves in, allowing us to become closer to our true authentic self. It also helps us to understand how to communicate better with those in our lives, and gives us more understanding into our interactions with others.
