Janeé V. Henderson, Licensed Professional Counselor and Founder of Hey Girl & Co., is hosting her first in-person women's mental health event to bring awareness to the unique mental health concerns of women. This event will also kick off the release of the Hey Girl! Are you really okay? Guided Journal. IF YOU HAVEN’T HEARD, THIS SERVES AS YOUR OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT! This is NOT your ordinary cute journal created for women that want to journal about things they are grateful for and their wildest dreams. No, this is not meant to sit collecting dust on your bookshelf or desk. This journal is for the women who put work, friends, family, school, everything, and everyone else over herself. For the women who may also be pretending to be okay but really need an opportunity to explore areas within themselves that have likely been pushed to the side for later. March is women's history month, and it is the perfect time for us to come together in an intimate setting to laugh, talk, vent, and maybe even cry a little bit as we get real about our mental health. Expect deep breath work, intentional conversations, reflective activities, and an opportunity to connect with other like-minded women. The Hey Girl! Are you really okay? Guided Journal will be available for purchase at a discounted rate for attendees. It is also available for purchase on Amazon. Along with the supplemental blank journal, available here for those that would prefer not to have guidance or just want additional space to reflect. Parking is available on the street adjacent to the event space. There is also a parking garage 0.2 miles away (2026 Main Street Parking and SP+Parking).
