The Scouts at the Alamo Movie event is a fundraiser for the Yucca Council Service Center. Specifically, the Council is raising money to send 40 area youth to the 2023 National Jamboree. The event will be from noon to 3 p.m. on April 15 at the Alamo Drafthouse - Montecillo. Tickets are $20 and will directly impact area youth, helping them purchase necessary equipment for the trip. Tickets will be General Admission (seating will occur on a first-come, first-served basis). The Yucca Council will show "The Super Mario Bros" movie during this event. This family-friendly film will highlight the adventures of a plumber named Mario as he travels through the Mushroom Kingdom with a princess named Peach and an anthropomorphic mushroom named Toad to find Mario's brother, Luigi, and to save the world from a ruthless fire-breathing Koopa named Bowser. You will not need physical tickets -- simply check-in when you arrive!
