1st Sundays, 2-3:30pm Chef DonnyP hosts students at the WNC Farmers Market in the DJ's Pickles commercial kitchen to help students learn the basics of quick pickling. Reduce food waste, learn basic brine recipes, and get kitchen tips for pickling at home. $30 per person or $55 per couple.
