Aaron Meriwether has been involved with real estate investing in the Tulsa market for over 20 years. Prior to beginning his real estate investing career, Aaron's real estate foundation began while working nearly two decades at a local title company, where he reviewed title issues, prepared curative documents, and was a licensed abstractor and closing agent. In 2003, while still working at the title company, Aaron ignited his real estate investment portfolio by using the innovative approach of "house-hacking." Shortly thereafter, he began partnering with other local real estate investors, and became known for his "out-of-the-box" thinking to facilitate deals. His creative solutions included utilizing strategies such as "contract for deeds" and "subject to" transactions to bring transactions to completion. These days, Aaron spends much of his time building and managing his impressive portfolio of 150+ properties, most of which have been acquired since 2019. In addition, Aaron is also dedicated to growing and directing his real estate brokerage, Waypoint Realty, which he founded in 2022.
