We are joining At Her Table for Women’s Week this year with a very special mezcal tasting! Mezcal is so much more than what is too often referred to as a “smoky version of tequila”. To taste mezcal means to savor time – the time this ancient tradition has been distilling & the time each of the agave took to mature and reach full splendor. To know Mezcal means knowing that it is not a shooter; you have to take your time and sip it slowly with “little kisses”. Ariette has known mezcal for a long time. She has been able to walk through the palenques, talk to the distillers, and learn their stories & their passion. Pre-registration required. Max. capacity 12 attendees
