- Crispy slow-cooked pork belly, smoked cheddar potatoes cooked like risotto, rye croutons, pickled apples
- Skeleton Key, Pale Ale, 5.2% ABV 24 IBU
3rd Course:
- Crispy duck & mushroom strudel, chevre crema, reduced beet juice, jicama & mole vinaigrette
- Afterlife, Chocolate & Cherry Aged Kentucky Common, 5.8% ABV, 12 IBU
4th Course:
- Banana chiffon tart, chocolate crème, chunk peanut butter Chantilly & a cherry
- Ambition is a Dream, Peanut Butter & Banana Nitro Double Cream Ale, 8% ABV, 17 IBU
