We are deeply honored to have Brother Damon Jamil facilitate an intimate community and creative healing event! We will start by stretching, breathing, and intention-setting and then move into a series of creative healing activities that embody: Visual ArtsAuditory ArtsMovement ArtsLanguage ArtsHealing Arts Performing Artsincluding group exercises, performances, and break-out sessions. Throughout the workshop, we will focus on bringing awareness to the different functions of the right brain and left brain and forming new ways of expressing more balanced and harmonious thoughts, feelings, actions, and relationships! Brother Damon is the founder of We Are Family Enterprises, a non-profit geared at engaging and educating the youth through music, theatrical, and creative arts. https://wearefamilyenterprises.org Ascension Studios is a creative and mindfulness community space located just south of Dallas.
