We will discuss a chosen Goddess, meditation, personal discussions about struggles, and ah-ha moments and learn tools for living a more divine feminine life. This healing circle is an opportunity to: Meet like-minded women and share experiences. Find and grow a support system. Learn ways to handle daily issues by harnessing Goddess energy.Receive guidance and support, and empower each other. What To Expect DRESS FOR COMFORT AND WEAR LAYERS. Wear comfortable clothes you can move around and sit in. Bring layers since the temperature in the space can be unpredictable. Feel free to bring any crystals or sacred items that have meaning for you to energize them on our altar and your intentions for this healing Quan Yin energy. We provide yoga mats and blankets already set up for you on arrival. You are welcome to bring your own blanket/pillow/eye pillow and whatever you need to get comfy.
