This month we will be jammin' in Plainfield as we explore the social/sexual/sacral section of our wellness wheels relating it to music and mood! Wear ORANGE to empower the energy of this section and .... SheForce "Happy Hour" starts at 1300, a time to socialize, relax and transition into your time and space before the content teaching begins at 1400. At 1400, we will start our introductions, outline and powerpoint related to this topic. Bring your Tapestry of Wellness folders if you have, the lessons continue as we all work to balance our wheels of life. We also have a special introduction to make to you all this month...our very special guest speaker also has another roll within SheForce! She has a request: come prepared with a name/artist of a song that speaks to your heart. Bring a snack (orange?) or tea flavor to share that you love.
