CRS Training for the MLS New Member Orientation – Session 2 of 2

Description

This class is open to all agents - existing members and new members as well. It is a requirement for all new members though. This class is officially called “Enhancing Customer Service.” As you all know when a new member joins the MLS, we require the agent to complete New Member Orientation. This is broken down into two parts: 1) MLS Rules and Regulations and Basic Flex Intro morning session and 2) MLS Tax Suite (CRS – Courthouse Retrieval System) Training Session which is usually held in the afternoon. This class will be hosted as an In-Person and Zoom Hybrid Meeting. For those that need the morning class also, I have already sent the invitation to the morning session that will be held next Friday. This CRS class should run from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm approximately.
