Let’s Celebrate Together!It has been 2 years since we opened and we want to celebrate this fantastic occasion with you by sharing the tools we used to make our dreams a reality! Next Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 6:00 PM. Please join us in person to celebrate StrongSelves's 2 year anniversary. We have made a lot of changes since opening the door to a safe and empowering women's only fitness studio in Myrtle Beach. We have added coaches, decorations, members and touched many women's lives during this time and it is time to reflect and celebrate on everything we have accomplished so far. But also to look ahead and plan how we can impact even more women in our community, together as a group with you by our side. We could not think of a better way to celebrate with our community of strong women than to share the tools and exercises that we used to train our brain and body to make our dreams a reality. We are more than a fitness studio, we put great focus on the whole person and address nutrition, recovery and the mind. All four components must be present in order to achieve "Full Circle Growth" and stick to real life lasting habits that impact our identity. We are inviting all women of all ages to join us in celebrating not only our accomplishments as a studio, but also your own as well. When was the last time you took a step back reflected and congratulated yourself for what you've been able to do so far! We believe planning ahead and celebrating the past is a crucial component to progress and grow, we teach it to our clients between the sweat, the reps and the weight lifting all while they reach their fitness goals. Together we are stronger! Come join us for a FREE evening of celebration, good vibes, snacks, drinks, women empowerment and an amazing workshop that will leave you feeling inspired and capable of accomplishing anything you put your mind to. Yes! we are here in Myrtle Beach, a group of strong women who's mission is to empower other women through community, love, hard work and dedication to ourselves.
