Join us for a one-of-a-kind dinner! We're welcoming Starlight’s barrel spirits program manager, Andrew Jerdonek, and Starlight Extrodinare, Bob Campbell, to Prairie du Chien. Andrew and Bob will leading a tasting seminar on what exactly goes into a bottle of bourbon and how its made by sampling different components of the finished product.
Cocktail hour starts at 6pm featuring different drink specials. Dinner and presentation will begin at 7pm, dinner menu to be announced soon. During this event you will have the opportunity to sample our newest selection, an Amburana finished bourbon from Starlight. This will be the only chance to reserve one of these highly sought after bottles. They call these "cigar batches" for a good reason as the bourbon has flavors of brown sugar, nutmeg, tobacco and spice.
Ticket cost is $20 plus tax however at the dinner you will have a $20 spending credit to purchase many different offerings from Starlight. Bottles may be picked up at Starks Sport Shop beginning the following day.
