Practitioner and teacher, Gail Okray will guide you through the flow patterns that you will use on yourself to bring balance to the body’s energies to promote optimal health and well-being.
I have helped hundred of people like you to reach a new level of health and vitality.
There will be blend of hands on and information. The day will be fun relaxing and empowering.
This class is six-hour self-care class. It covers Mary Burmeister’s Self-Help book 1.
No prerequisite. Everyone is welcome!
Each of the three self-help books are taught individually, providing even more time to explore the art and gain in-depth knowledge of self-care routines.
(Self-help classes based on these books can be taken in any order.)
Each Jin Shin Jyutsu self-care workshop will:
• Introduce the history, philosophy, and principles of Jin Shin Jyutsu
• Give specific routines to balance and restore energy to your body
• Provide empowerment and understanding of the importance of self-care
Gail will also teach you about “quickies” (easy abbreviated steps to help reduce pain, fatigue, anxiety and more). And you'll have plenty of hands-on time to experience the art of self-care.
