This Four Course meal will be prepared by two of our employees who are in recovery all overseen by Chef Darrell. All profits will go towards our Recovery Kitchen Project. This is the first of a three-part Series of Chefs dinners to help raise the needed funds to help us move forward and help more people in recovery.
Menu : 1st course Summer Gazpacho. 2nd course Roasted heirloom tomatoes with artichokes and fetta with maple balsamic drizzle. 3rd course Choice of Crab Stuffed Dover Sole or Fillet with roasted wild mushrooms and a cab reduction. 4th course Chocolate hazelnut mouse with raspberry preserves. As this is a recovery charity event it is an alcohol free event.
