Open to the Public Free Participants will learn the History of the 4 Pillars of the American Legion The Programs of the American Legion Organizational Structure The American Legion Family How to welcome the next generations of Veterans into our Posts What forms need to be turned in on a yearly basis Tax Exempt status & nonprofit corporations (LARA / 990) Officer roles and responsibilities How to navigate the digital age All graduates will receive a certificate signed by the National Commander, as well as a certificate from the 3rd District, and a Basic Training Graduate Pin.
