The program opens with the Symphony No.13 written by the composer at age 15, followed by Symphony No. 32 written 8 years later. The program concludes with the composer’s final, and arguably greatest Piano Concerto No. 27, performed by Naumburg Competition Gold Medalist Xiaohui Yang.
