The 2023 Spring Technical Workshop focuses on the increased availability of data and advances in technology that allow state, local, and tribal officials and the private sector to better understand and manage flood risk and build community resilience. Never has data been more available or accessible for local floodplain and stormwater officials. Attendees from the public, and private sectors working in communities from rural to urban will benefit from this workshop. Individuals are encouraged to submit abstracts addressing various related topics, from mapping and modeling to innovating design and construction techniques.
