Does your floor have what it takes to win the chili cook-off? Each floor will be submitting a favorite chili recipe for the cook off. Tasting of the six different chili recipes starts at 11:30 AM. Voting begins at 12 noon and will close at 1 PM. The winner will be announced at 1:30 PM. At stake, not only a trophy, BUT bragging rights by the winning floor, as their chili will be the St. Mark Village Signature Chili for the year! Floor reps should submit their floor’s chili recipe to Huseyin by Fri., Mar. 17. After you’ve tasted the delicious chili, browse through our delightful Farmer’s Market which will feature a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, delicious baked breads, cakes, cookies, baked goods, and fresh eggs. In addition to the beautiful selection of fruit and vegetables, there will be vendors, cheeses crafts, and more. As an added treat, a talented DJ from Fast Break Entertainment will be here to entertain us with his upbeat tunes. We are currently in need of bakers to donate goods and man the bake table, along with 15-20 volunteers to help sell our fresh produce.
