Yannick Diouf is a professional in the housing finance industry with a passion for making homes accessible, finance understandable, and putting solutions at an arm's reach for the most vulnerable in our society. Born in Dakar, Senegal, Yannick was the Co-Founder at UndocuBlack Network, a non-profit organization that works to allocate resources to Black and Undocumented immigrants in the United States.
Yannick is releasing his first book called "doundale! - A Guide for Black Immigrants Navigating Money and the System in the United States". The book helps readers understand how personal finance is crucial for anyone living in the United States, but especially for Black immigrants who tend to be more financially vulnerable. “doundale” is a word derived from Wolof which means to live and thrive. The book outlines how to set up a holistic financial management plan within the socioeconomic context of the Black immigrant experience, so they not only survive, but thrive by understanding the rules to the financial game.
Having earned his Bachelors in Business Management from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2016, Yannick is passionate about business and investing in his community.
