Treat yourself to an afternoon of bonding, restoration, and rejuvenation!In honor of Women’s History Month, Bri Alexander Wellness is highlighting the women in our community through an enriching afternoon of holistic wellness. Come stretch your body, center your mind, release stagnant energy, and leave feeling refreshed!
Our session will begin with some mindful journaling, followed by a beautiful yoga flow with our featured guest, Dee Satterfield. This is beginner friendly, and no previous experience is required.
Our host Bri Alexander, will then facilitate breathwork, meditation, and an immersive sound bath. Some instruments include crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, drums, bells, rainstick, and voice.
Yoga mats, props, blankets, cushions and eye covers are ALL provided. Please bring your favorite journal to write in & water to hydrate.
Feel free to bring extra props for additional cushioning, warmth and support. We encourage you to dress comfortably as there will be physical activity involved.
