About Volunteer ProjectBreak A Difference is partnering with Parity Homes to support their mission of developing affordable housing in West Baltimore.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to assist with demolition work including tearing down plaster walls, ceilings, and trim. Volunteers will use tools like sledgehammers and crowbars. Some heavy lifting may be required. Protective equipment is required and will be provided at no cost. No previous skills required!
Closed toed shoes are required, work boots recommended.
Schedule9:00-9:30am: Check-in & Orientation. Breakfast snack provided.
9:30-11:00am: Shift 1 Volunteering
11:00am-1:00pm: Shift 2 Volunteering
1:00pm: Cookout
