Self Care Sunday for MEN will feature informative talks and demonstrations led by experts in various fields, including fitness, nutrition, and self-care. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about healthy wellness habits and practices, participate in a yoga experience, and connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our goal is to help men improve their overall well-being and inspire them to prioritize their health. As a plus, attendees will also be provided a meal plan based on your current lifestyle (Plant based, Pescatarian or Meat based).
