Featuring: All the ingredients and instructions to make four types of sushi rolls: California Roll, Spicy Tuna, Salmon Roll and Boston Roll* Miso Soup and two Asian inspired appetizers Edamame snacks while you work Tasting of four sakes Cost: $85 per person, inclusive of gratuity and sales tax This class is limited to 20 attendees. Duration: 90 minutes. This event starts promptly at 7 p.m. Taught by Robert Groves. Robert is a 20+ year veteran of the Food & Beverage Industry with Hilton Hotels & resorts. He has fine tuned his sushi skills by studying under a sushi chef. He will be assisted by Chef Brandon Lam, The VERVE Hotel's Banquet Chef. Chef Lam has more than 10 years of culinary experience and is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University.
