This 1hr 30 min hour class will have you feeling a sense of comfort and peace that will allow you to open your heart and mind to deepen your self-healing journey. As you come into this healing space you will be greeted with a white rose that symbolizes a new beginning within. A beautiful healing crystal grid will be curated in the center of the room specifically to release, transform and heal at heart level. Throughout this experience, you will be receiving reiki energy, feeling the crystal energy & sound healing that will fill your heart with powerful healing frequencies as the instructor's guide you into a soothing meditation and graceful transitions of Yin yoga. After this experience, you will gain a renewed sense of self-love, acceptance, compassion and forgiveness for yourself and others. Please bring a yoga mat or any props to make yourself feel as comforable as possible.
