A sound bath is an acoustic sound healing journey that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, calms the mind, and activates your body's natural healing systems. Bring a blanket, pillow, or yoga mat to create your most comfortable space. We will have ten yoga mats available for use on a first come, first serve basis. About Get Ya Mind Right How are people in New Orleans accessing mental health care? Lede New Orleans' Community Reporting Fellows explored the question last fall, learning about mental health care access, and interviewing community members and experts about the state of mental health support in our city. Their stories include interviews with therapists and local healers, student athletes coping with the pressure of college-level athletics, and the owner of New Orleans' first sober wellness lounge. This event is part of "Get Ya Mind Right," an interactive storytelling exhibit and event series showcasing the Community Reporting Fellows' original work. The exhibit will be open to the public at Axiom Art Gallery through Wednesday, March 22, 2023.
