You will make your very own custom sushi board in this class, complete with decorative feet to keep it up and off the table. Using a router table you will also create a groove to hold your chopsticks and finish the edges with a roundover. When your board is complete you move on to making a set of custom chopsticks; everything is finished with a food safe oil. Just add sushi! No Experience necessary – beginners welcome!
