The Scandinavian culinary community will come together to support fellow Scandinavian Chef, Simo Kuusisto, who was paralyzed in a motorcycle accident. Simo started his culinary career at Restaurant Aquavit in NYC. He continued on as the Executive Chef at the Swedish and the Canadian Missions to the UN until he found his dream job as the Executive Chef and Clubhouse Manager at Tunxis Club in the Berkshires
