THIS EVENT IS 3 WEEKS LONG ON WEDNESDAY EVENINGS FROM 6-8 PM to allow time for you to process the information and do "Homework." April 12: 6-8 p.m. April 19: 6-8 p.m. April 26: 6-8 p.m. Beneath the Waves workshop is for people who are "Over IT." Over a life that doesn't serve you and does not leave you feeling fulfilled. This project is designed with a combination of metaphysical knowledge, spirit guidance, psychological concepts, and observation of energy patterns to help you shed everything that doesn't resonate with you. Discover how to deep dive into the subconscious mind and your beliefs what programs you are using to run your life. Your subconscious mind - which is outside of your awareness - is driving the choices (and your vibration) in life. By making yourself aware of what is beneath the surface, you are empowered to release and make new decisions. After years of doing my own healing work, energy healing, meditations, private client sessions, research, and self-discovery, this divinely guided process was created to share with the collective. This workshop, in collaboration with your spirit team, guides you to meet yourself exactly where you are. You will be guided through deep transformation, and helps you discover the dreams you didn't believe you could achieve that are hiding inside of you. You can heal your life. You are powerful! You are capable! You are enough. (Deep Breath) When you Dive into the work, you will be guided to lasting healing, transformation, and ascension using the following tools: 1) Awareness - Reach into the depths to find our who you say you are, what you believe, and discover who you want to be. 2) Release - Everything that is not you, making space for everything you want to create. You will get out of the release as much energy as you are willing to feel and discover. 3) Heal - Learn to work with Divine Spirit (Angels, Teams, and Guides) to transform and heal energy at every level layer and depth of your being, in this and all dimensions. Deep soul level healing that transcends this lifetime. 4) Co-Create - Your future. Create your vision for the future in alignment with your values and your Higher Self. The Beneath the Waves Workshop includes: • IN PERSON Guidance and Educational presentations by a gifted intuitive • Weekly facilitation for activities & once weekly in-between class support zoom call for questions • Thorough Journaling and Workbook pages for identifying the root causes of wounds for the most effective level of healing • Access to digital healing videos to be used in the healing process (reuse as needed) • Feedback and progress tracking It’s time to take charge of your life and your destiny. Recommendations: Bring a journal you love to write notes and to follow you through the process. If you have a favorite pen that is comfortable for you to use. Comfortable clothes for some basic movement exercises (stretching.) ***If you have unhealed deep traumatic wounds, talk to a therapist or qualified health practitioner before taking this course.
