Hosted by Chicken N Pickle in Overland Park, KS. There is no need to know how to play pickleball to participate. Simply come ready to learn, and help us raise awareness, while honoring those who have given the gift of life. Find a partner and register as a doubles team or mixed doubles team; a total of 36 teams will be allowed. The first hour and a half will be round-robin play, followed by a single-elimination tournament. Competitive and recreational brackets will be provided. An event t-shirt will be included with your registration! Prizes will be given for first, second and third place. In addition, take part in the Raffle and Silent Auction. Lots of local sports memorabilia will be included! One hundred percent of all proceeds will go directly to supporting Team MO-KAN's mission of raising awareness. Additionally, funds raised will help members attend the Donate Life Transplant Games of America. Please note, you must register to play by Friday, July 21 at 5 p.m. No on-site registration will be available. Not interested in playing, but want to help? General donation tickets are available for purchase as well. Team MO-KAN is a community of organ, eye, and tissue transplant recipients, living donors, donor families, supporters, transplant professionals and those awaiting transplantation across the states of Kansas and Missouri. Our mission is to raise awareness of the life-saving importance of organ, corneal and tissue donation through the lives of our donor families, living donors, and organ, eye, and tissue recipients and those awaiting transplantation in the states of Kansas and Missouri. To increase the number of individuals registering to be organ, eye and tissue donors in Kansas and Missouri by participating in local and regional awareness events promoting organ, eye, and tissue donation.
