This course is a required, general module for all non-exempt brokers and salespersons in Minnesota. With a focus on practical application to inclusive representation, this year's course will explore avoiding various forms of discrimination when representing clients, showing properties, and making offers, as well as promoting equitable homeownership and effective communication. This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3.75 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.
