Introducing the first annual Mid Mitten Melee team competition! Mid Mitten CrossFit is pleased to present the Mid Mitten Melee on Saturday May 6th, 2023! Same sex teams of three will compete in multiple events to be crowned the championship team. This competition is BEGINNER FRIENDLY and will have two divisions: Beginner and Intermediate. The $240 registration fees are for the entire team and includes a t-shirt for all participants. Event details and rules will be posted soon! Upon registration athletes will be sent a Google form link to team member names, email addresses & t-shirt size. ==========What division should my team be?========== Not sure if your team is beginner or intermediate? If your team can complete some DUs, do box jumps at 20" and can Rx wall walks on a good day then intermediate is probably the best option. Beginner division teams should be able to single-unders, wall balls with 8-10 pounds, jumping pull ups and box step ups at 20". If you are doing muscle ups, strict HSPU and moving heavy weights in the oly lifts then this competition is probably not a good fit for you.
