This two-hour workshop begins with basic mindfulness exercises which lead into meditative and playful Improv games and scenes. Whether you are a meditator, an improviser, neither, or a little of both, you are sure to leave this workshop with a satisfied soul and a smiling face.
$30 for two hours on 3/31. 7 to 9 p.m. Limit of 12 people. Ages 18 and up. No special equipment needed, just dress in comfortable clothes you can move around in.
