Peace and Sunshine My Sisters, I am excited to be holding my SECOND workshop on the 25th of March! 🌻 🌻A “Feminine Flow” Dance Workshop🌻 WHAT THE WORKSHOP WILL CONSIST OF: 1. Short discussions on femininity, self care tips, & confidence. 2. Warm up exercises to get the body flowing. 3. A “Feminine Flow” Choreography Piece. 4.
