Farah Samawi
Farah is deeply passionate about bringing mindfulness and wellbeing into our communities and conversations. Through her role as a Qualitative Research Analyst she formulated the Health and Wellness Committee and hosts monthly events promoting wellness. As a volunteer at the Insights Association, the DEI cohort recently created DEI Matters, a monthly podcast that brings awareness to DEI within the workforce.
Moona Abdulkerim
Moona is a biomedical researcher with a background in neuroscience. In addition to her work, Moona is dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in and outside of the workplace. She has volunteered her time to several cultural employee resource groups (ERGs) and to mentoring students of colour interest in pursuing STEM.
Irtaza Haider
Irtaza Haider is a healthcare innovator and leader, serving as Director of Global Delivery at Care Access, a first-of-its-kind Decentralized Research Organization (DRO) that's making clinical trials accessible to everyone.
Irtaza is also the co-founder and president of Taha Collective, a non-profit community organization focused on creating a diverse and inclusive third space for Muslims in the Boston area based on the teachings of the Qur'an and Ahlul Bayt.
