Skysia & Denver Yoga Social will host a one-of-a-kind event that will include a curated yoga experience and early preview of Skysia’s forthcoming LP, Here. Starting at 6:30pm, fans can enjoy a 60 minute all levels vinyasa style yoga class during sunset on the Newly Heated & Tented Rooftop of the Cat Bird Hotel in the lovely River North Arts District. Where you can still see the amazing Denver Skyline from your yoga mat with music curated by Skysia. This is a donation based class! Rino Apparel has generously given us $15 gift cards to give to the first 20 guests who made a $15 donation to the class! Following the class, attendees will stay on their mats and hear the first advance listen of Here, which is due out April 28th, that will commence around 830pm. Enjoy Happy Hour Specials and soak in the Denver skyline from the rooftop as well as the Rocky Mountains from the best rooftop in RINO. Bring a yoga mat, water, and your dancing shoes for after class. The album then guides the listener through a captivating journey of the human experience, culminating in the track 'Breathless Voyage,' which symbolizes the end of life and the crossing over to the other side. Finally, the outro track, 'Return,' brings the listener back to the beginning, completing the cycle of life and reminding us of our connection to the universe. Here is a powerful reminder of the importance of memory and how it shapes our humanity. After listening to its entirety over and over, he realized that the story needed to be told on a bigger scale. Skysia has a strong background in film, and it has always been a major goal to make a movie to go along with one of his albums. That moment has finally arrived. This is almost like a full music video for the entire album, but with an in depth script and storyline to take the viewer/listener on a full journey. This film features a full talented cast and multiple filming locations all around California. It was a 22-day shoot, 3 months of pre-production and over a year of post-production.
