Description
Join Compass Point home of Dirty Girl Adventures for an evening on the trail! Hiking is a great way to engage with nature and get outside. It's also a great way to connect with others who enjoy getting outside. We will be hiking once a week at several local trails to support your building time on the trail and familiarity with our local resources. Remember, with Dirty Girl Adventures we each "hike our own hike" this isn't a race, it is an opportunity to get outside and move our bodies with friends both old and new. DGA will provide a lead guide and a sweep guide to support everyone on the trail. Tuesday April 4th, we will hike at Kaw River State Park. This wonderful area provides well maintained trails, views of the river and some good incline/decline to warm us up. These trails are natural terrain with rough, uneven surface including rocks and tree roots. We will hike from about 5:45pm until 7:30ish covering about 3 miles depending on the route.
