Lack of housing could be holding Noble County back! Be Noble Inc. and Housing Resource Hub are working to address this challenge. If you are a stakeholder (developer, real estate professional, employer, banker/lender, government official, etc.), we hope you will join us for this pivotal event that could jumpstart housing development in our community. Doors will open at 8:00 AM. Refreshments will be provided. The Housing Resource Hub team, our nonprofit partner that is under contract to implement a housing strategy in our community, will lead attendees through a discussion of: Why Housing is Vital for Community GrowthOur Community’s Housing Market PotentialWhat Types of Housing We Need MostBarriers to SuccessWays to Move ForwardIn order to accomplish this, we are seeking the participation of all stakeholders from across Noble County in the Noble County Housing Symposium. Stakeholders are invited to join us from 12:00 - 1:00 PM, after the symposium, for a video shoot in which they can share their Housing Dreams to help promote housing development opportunities in Noble County.
