Victorious Youth is proud to announce its 2nd Annual “Life Blueprint” Scholarship Fundraiser Gala. We are calling all from Port Arthur and surrounding areas to join us in a night of great music, entertainment, food and dancing. All proceeds from this event will enable us to provide scholarships to Port Arthur Memorial graduating seniors of 2023 Dinner is included with ticket purchases and seating.
