The Thrive Alliance Pickleball Tournament Fundraiser, held in partnership with Columbus Pickleball Club, returns after a two-year absence. This year’s event will be held at the six outdoor Pickleball Courts at Donner Park, 739 22nd Street in Columbus, Indiana. Dates for the event are Saturday, June 10 and Sunday, June 11. Registration deadline is June 2, 2023. Events this year will be Men’s and Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles – Recreational Level (2.5-3.0) and Intermediate Level (3.0-3.5). Cost is $40 per TEAM per event. PLEASE ONLY ONE PERSON REGISTER AND PAY FOR TEAMS (ONLY 1 TICKET IS NEEDED PER DOUBLES TEAM) FOR EACH EVENT. When registering a doubles team, be sure to include your partner's information (first & last name, email, cell#, and shirt size). No team name is required. A morning scramble is being organized by Charlie Day. Cost is $15 per person with proceeds going to Thrive Alliance. Contact Charles P. Day, at [email protected] to participate. The scramble will be at 7 a.m. each day. Check in and warm up is 8:00 to 9:30 AM with games starting at 10:00 a.m. on both days. This tournament benefits Thrive Alliance, which provides social services to Southern Indiana residents.
