From long layers to mullets, the technique can be used interchangeably no matter the length. Jenni is here to teach you her efficient secrets to get a one of a kind cut. There will be the fundamentals of basic visual cutting techniques and layers taught with the know-how of when to use them. She will demonstrate the use of shears and razor used both on wet and dry hair. 2 haircuts will be demonstrated, one with a razor (wet-how to simplify your shags and layers), and the other with shears (dry-visual intuitive cutting knowing the simple basics). Side by side the same technique with different tools. Knowing a few basic principles of cutting you can create layers for any length. Angie is an expert in dry cutting. She has more than 30 years of experience behind the chair. Angie specializes in dry cut techniques focusing on long seamless layers, beautifully soft face framing, and the most amazing flow and movement within the hair. Her cuts really stand the test of time. During the class, she will be demonstrating 2 different cuts, a long layered cut great for every client and a popular bob cut. Angie loves to let hair "talk" to her and see it move and take shape as she cuts. She is an excellent teacher and has graduated many Deep Roots ATX stylists from her "Dry Cutting Bootcamp".
