Take some time to unwind and relax! This event is brought to you by LCOE Cares. Any school employee from Lake County may attend this event free of charge. Enjoy a Gentle Flow Yoga session. This will be a time to nourish your mind and body. These Yoga sessions will be administered by Studio 127 staff. We will focus on releasing tight and sore muscles that can cause discomfort and pain. A slow paced nurturing hour to facilitate more space and peace in our daily lives. Please be sure to wear comfortable yoga clothing and bring your yoga mat. We will have extra mats for people as well.
