Jaime Pellegrene is a certified Holistic Wellness Coach and specializes in Mindfulness, Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching, yoga, Pilates, and stress management and is an Ayurvedic practictioner. I have worked for over 20 years with clients of all ages, and teach classes and workshops, see clients individually, and host special events to bring my passion of health and wellness to everyone.
