Bring a friend, someone you feel safe exploring touch with, someone new you want to consensually share caring touch with, a partner or 2 and lets explore massage therapy as a way to heal aches, pains and need for deeper connection. I am a certified massage therapist with Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Thai and Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy and have years of experience with intuitive touch. I will lead us as a small group with some some simple and accessible tools around relief via touch. If you are in a partnership perfect. There are two different entrances: Stairs: I am up FOUR flights of stairs, if you are able and wanting to do stairs, park/enter at the 1450 Van Buren St N.E. door. When you get to 4th floor, turn corner and look for a white wall with metallic gold door and a horseshoe above the door (400a). Elevator: Park/enter come at the 1500 Jackson St N.E. (main door) and take a right until you see the elevator. Take elevator the forth floor and move towards left and then proceed all the way around until you reach 400a (not numbered but for context) and look for a white wall with metallic gold door and a horseshoe above the door.
